Best Christmas cake I've had this Season! - Mandarin Oriental

Coffee Crème Brulee
pecan sponge with vanilla mascarpone mouse and caramel glaze

Smooth and creamy on top of a sweet crust, so good!
It was wiped out even before Christmas arrives!
