i Light Marina Bay
15 October to 7 November
7.30pm to midnight
This walk is free...
http://www.ilightmarinabay.sg/
A showcase of stunning light display, this event marked
Asia's very 1st Sustainable Light Art Festival. The complete walk was a 3.5km which stretches from The Esplanade, The Floating Platform, The Helix Bridge, Marina Bay Sands & One Fullerton (Take the chance to visit the new Fullerton Bay Hotel, chic!)
Here are some of my own interpretation:

Jellyfishes taking a dip into the Singapore River

A Tiger in the City

Enter into the Lights....

An architecture set to wow with colours

Coloured People?

A Giant Garden City

This is easy....
Fireworks!

Fluorescent Masks

This is not part of the exhibition, but I was certainly impressed to find these giant fans along the way!
With a sensor detector, the huge propellers starts to spin when you stand below it!
Cool!!

I totally needed it after such a long walk, just like many others!

The complete walk took us 3hours!!
Of course, we stopped for beautiful shots and took time to admire some of these beautiful and creative works.

I have been baking...

Attended a baking class not too long ago and it spurred me to stock up my kitchen with flour, sugar, butter and eggs!
And I've put them to good use lately...

Apple Pie

Egg Tarts
I used the remaining pastry from my apple pie to make these for his breakfast!

Donuts

I had troubles making the dough and it couldn't get firm enough to form the donuts my instructor made below. He suggested making round balls instead. And it worked!

Carrot Cake
With a light & nutty lemon cream cheese topping!

Tiramisu
Here's a proud picture of my tiramisu to him.
Believe me, tiramisu is one of the easiest cake to make for beginners. No oven required!
I sprinkled lots of white chocolates as toppings since it's his faves...

About Me

My photo
Yes, I love animals. Never owned a pet, dare not own one. I love food; the ambience, scent and company are what satisfy me. I thread across the globe in my dreams, making them come true is what I seek. My motto: To indulge in the finest things in life ~ Nature, Animals, Me.
